medieval structure

This was my first time using Blender, and I really enjoyed the fact that it was similar to Rhino, but all the properties of rendering and texturing were all available within the same app that the modeling is done in. Using primitive shapes to build is something I’m familiar with, but a new workspace, user experience, and controls definitely added a learning curve. I learned how to add some color, creating a flat rendered version of my cottage. I am excited to start incorporating textures and lighting– I have seen some amazing 3D modeled artworks and am super impressed at the seemingly endless capabilities of Blender.
